1. Insurance Distribution

SagaWealth.in operates as a **Point of Sales Person (POSP)**. A POSP is a certified individual who is authorized to sell pre-underwritten, simple, and standard insurance products on behalf of insurance companies. We are bound by the regulations and guidelines set forth by the IRDAI and operate under a principal insurer/intermediary.

As a POSP, we are authorized to solicit and sell only those products that have been approved by the IRDAI for sale through Point of Sales Persons. The final authority for the issuance of any policy rests with the respective insurance company.

2. Our Role

Please note that we act as an intermediary, and the recommendations and suggestions we provide are based on the information provided by you.
